Case – Sanding Wood Parts
You can use our Sanding Brushes for sanding your wood parts before painting and also for intermediate sanding between painting and lacquering the parts.
For smaller parts we recommend using our Sand-400 sanding machine with our LiteSand brushes.
Build up of the Sanding solution:

Use sanding head. Add brushes matching your requirements. Add head to any machine.
Our brushes fits most existing Brush Sanding Machines on the market.
Our sanding heads can be fitted on to any machine with a shaft and a frequency controlled motor.
Now you are ready to sand your parts.
Advantage of using brushes for the sanding of your parts:
- The brushes will also sand edges, profiles, etc as well as the main surface of the wooden part.
- It is very easy to use and require very little training of the person doing the sanding.
- Equal sanding on the full wood part also on profiled doors, windows, etc
- Abrasive last longer than traditional methods
How does sanding brushes work:
The brush is like a hand behind the abrasive. It allows the abrasive to be pushed into profiles, onto edges, etc. Please see picture for illustration

Please take a look at this video for more knowledge on how to operate the machine on the wood part – example is sanding before painting of the part. For bigger wood parts like doors you would have automatic machines like Costa, Sorbini, Heesemann, Bütfering etc. provide.
